Lead IT Operations

As Lead IT Operations your goal is to ensure optimal IT services for your internal customers, from a reliable and secure IT ecosystem with proper IT software and hardware to first-class IT support. You will be responsible for the selection, implementation and user satisfaction of both on-premise and cloud services in multiple locations and drive company-wide IT projects ensuring the buy-in from all stakeholders. You will be supported by a competent team whose members you will lead and develop.
18 000 - 23 500 PLN Salary Range
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and continuously improving the IT infrastructure and systems' efficiency by monitoring KPIs and service levels
- IT Project Management, including stakeholder management and communication
- Driving process optimization, automation and digitization for a scalable IT organization
- Leading and developing a competent SysOps team
Tasks:
- You drive IT infrastructure projects and ensure the deliveries are on time, budget and expected quality.
- You deal with expectations of stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner, balance different interests and represent decisions convincingly.
- You evaluate existing business applications and act as a technology scout by evaluating and piloting new ones.
- You control costs and manage contracts with vendors and software licenses and represent business requirements to external IT service providers.
- You develop IT policies and practices and ensure their implementation and compliance.
- You monitor our service delivery and systems’ performance, provide detailed data analysis and contribute your findings for continuous improvement.
- You support your team in the prioritization of tasks and help them develop into a high-performance service team.
Skills:
- Experience as IT Operations /SysOps Manager.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Pragmatic and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good understanding of best practices in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Experience with IT systems: setup, configuration, monitoring and maintenance.
- Good skills at writing/editing documentation.
- Knowledge of data protection operations requirements.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills.
